Today on the show I am joined by the amazing Amanda Ashy! Amanda is a Clinical Nutritionist, Mindfulness Expert & Yoga teacher specializing in all three of these areas in children & family units. She has worked with children clinically for nearly a decade in nutrition and mental health, incorporating wellbeing protocols to help modify behaviour and teaching children and families how to be calmer, happier and stronger in the family home and in the school system.
