What is Yoga? Is it a religion, a philosophy, a science?
Today I want to talk about Yoga. I want to unpack the philosophy of Yoga and its misconceptions. I will discuss the various ways in which someone can have a yoga practice, and the many forms it can take. I will bridge this to incorporate awareness of Mental Health, Movement, and our fellow living beings.
I will also introduce the different aspects of the practice, the limbs of Yoga, the various considerations that the teachings offer, and of course, how we may incorporate this in our daily lives.
Perhaps today, you can reflect on your Yoga. Maybe you'll rediscover your Yoga. Even if it's your first encounter with Yoga, let's all connect with our Yoga!
