# 120: 3 Emotional Tools That Will Improve Your Emotional Bandwidth
Write down the areas in your life causing you stress & anxiety.
List all the emotions surrounding each of those areas causing stress.
Set timer for 1 min and allow yourself to feel each of the individual emotions in each of the areas causing stress for 1 min on each emotion.
Write a letter to each of the people that may be causing you stress. Don’t feel as if you need to actually give the letter to them. Just write the letter.
