How to Shift Your Perspective and See Things Clearly - Weekly Energy Reading March 22nd - 28th 2021 - The Carrie Cardozo Podcast - Episode 64

This week it’s going to feel as if you’re standing still while everyone else is moving, achieving and succeeding. This is only your perception.

In this reading I’ll tell you what you need to know and how to clear up your perception so you can see truth more clearly.

Overall reading

This week you are being asked to slow down and think things through before you proceed. Even though you’ll be feeling this slowing down energy, there is still a lot going on and a lot needs your attention. It doesn’t mean to try to get it all done all at once.

Because of this heavy energy and this slowing down, you’ll have a desire to check out and disconnect. Disconnecting will serve you well, as long as it just from time to time and not extended period’s of time.

WIth this energy you will be experiencing some internal battles as you start to really be stretched into new things. These new things are also going to bring an increased level of anxiety about decisions you’re making and how to proceed forward.

This week you are also going to find there’s a very high tendency for overwhelm exhaustion and fatigue if you don’t pave yourself and et go of the stress.

Although stress is going to be prevalent for most people, your level of stress depends on your ability to detach and let go.

As the stress moves in it’s going to bring with it lots of self judgment regarding your progress or lack of progress, even if you know you’re doing great.

Here are three ways to shift your perspective:

1. See things through clear eyes. - Sometimes you aren’t the one with the clear eyes. If you can’t clear the misconceptions or fear, ask a trusted friend, colleague or associate to help you change your perspective na see what’s really going on.
2. Stop watching others - When your eyes are constantly on others you fail to see their reality and only see what they desire you to see. This is often only the highlight reel and not reality.
3. Look at how far you’ve come this past year or even just in 2021 alone.- I know you’ve made progress, but are you seeing it for all that it is?

This week it’s going to be important to get your footing and feel stable in the changes that have occurred so you can feel foundationally strong for the changes still to come.
