It seems intuitive that being outside in nature is therapeutic and beneficial to our health. What many might find surprising is the amount of clinical evidence supporting nature therapy and the specific physiologic changes that result. ‘Grounding’ and ‘earthing’ are terms that are commonly used these days but even those words under-represent the fascinating biochemical and physiologic effects of nature.
