The son of a Miner & Nurse, Brian was born in the Hunter Valley and grew up loving Maths & Cricket. Due to his poor eyesight, he could not pursue his love to join the Defense forces, so Surveying was his next choice. Getting the marks, but missing out on a UNI position, he attended TAFE before completing his Degree. As a registered surveyor he plays a major part in nurturing, growing & shaping the future of young surveyors. Brian works as a surveyor & acting chief pilot for FYFE in Newcastle Australia. Brian has a passion for surveying and is always looking for new and innovative technology & ways to improve the surveying industry. Brian is active in BOSSI, & the Hunter Manning group (part of ISNSW). If you ever get a chance to talk to Brian, your day will be better for it. Brian finds his getaway and release from the everyday with his family, wife & spending time on the open road on his motorbike.
