How to get out of a slump (without being hard on yourself)
We are so unbelievably hard on ourselves. And when we've been in a slump, not feeling as "productive" as we "should", its like we are our biggest baddest bullies.
But getting out of a slump does not have to = beating yourself into a pulp and then picking yourself back up.
No no no!
Being in a slump is natural, we are not human beings built for an ALL RISE LYFE!
We're going to have plateau moments and thats okay, the trick is knowing how to get out of it.
