Let’s talk about skipping breakfast.
Do you skip breakfast in the morning because you are too busy?
As the alarm goes off and you are rushing around preparing for a busy day ahead, by the time you have brushed your teeth, gone for a walk or gym, and showered you are already exhausted – sound familiar?
According to a 2013 study in the American Journal of health behavior the most frequently reported barrier to healthful eating is lack of time.
There must be another way for you to include breakfast into your morning routine.
Breakfast skipping has been considered an important determinant of an unhealthy lifestyle that may serve as a proxy factor for other health-risk behaviors.
This is why I wanted to look into the importance of breakfast and the harmful effects of skipping it.
