365 Brothers - Listening to Black Men
Society & Culture:Relationships
After the first of several nights meant for the Miami party scene, Monk Coleman's body gave him a warning shot. It was the blood that scared him. Thirteen years of sobriety later, he's a natural, vegan bodybuilder with a message. His book Love Over Fear: A Guide to Peace and Purpose says it all. In addition to being an author and bodybuilder, Monk Coleman is also an inspirational speaker.
Favorite song: One Love by Bob Marley.
Favorite words: "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." Wayne Dyer.
