I share this as a perspective to offer you from maybe a different perspective than you've gotten from other fitness influencers, maybe a different perspective than you currently hold yourself. I offer that as an opportunity for you to look at things a little bit differently. The thing that we're going to look at a little bit differently today is motivation. Because we like to talk a lot about motivation and we like to point out how important it is and that we need to stay motivated.
