I think that's why we all rush out to buy lottery tickets when the award is some obnoxiously high number - the hopes that we might find ourselves the lucky one in 175 million who strike it rich. However, coming into a financial windfall could also be a time of confusion - a time to pause and think about how you should spend the money wisely.
