The Secret To Success with CJ, Karl, Jemal & Eric Thomas
Education:Self-Improvement
In this episode, the guys discuss Theodore Roosevelt’s "Man In The Arena" quote that provides a thoughtful perspective on criticism. In order to survive criticism, you have to adopt the mindset needed to push through it. It takes discipline to ignore all the critical chatter in your ear while you continue doing what you do even when the results are not evident. Put into perspective who you are getting feedback or advice from. Ask yourself, have they experienced or been through what you're going through? Is what they're saying facts or opinions? In addition, don't overthink a situation that you're in by putting pressure on yourself that's unnecessary.
