Find Eric pearl at The Reconnection.com or by his book, the Reconnection, Healing Yourself and Others. Today we will focus on centering and quieting ourselves minds and hearts first. And then after entering the Sacred Silence we will use our imagination to begin seeing ourselves in our true identity. Seeing ourselves as a light, or energy, or as a child, seeing our father (God) with us. Keeping our mind and our heart filled with love and goodness. Observing our true identity with thankfulness. Allowing ourselves to receive love and more love. Until we meet again.
