Episode 21:15 - The Best Breakfast?
On last week’s episode (21-14) we discussed the importance of having a “morning routine.”
Particular emphasis was placed on how starting your day right can go a long way towards steering you towards success and good health.
Several “activities” were shared… activities that will help make your mornings better.
However, there was one activity mentioned that we really didn’t describe in any depth:
Breakfast.
Breakfast is such an important morning activity that it necessitates having its own episode.
This one!
Our focus is on tackling the decades old question…
“What constitutes the BEST breakfast?”
It’s a great question.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a simple answer.
You see, the breakfast that is good for YOU may NOT be good for me.
And vice versa.
Throw in the fact that, for some people, NO breakfast is the “best” breakfast and you can see how confusing the topic of breakfast can be.
To make things easier, we discuss a few breakfast options and then share with you THE secret to knowing which one is BEST for you.
(HINT - it’s a matter of experimenting)
Give this episode a good listen as you may be surprised to find out how easy breakfast can, and should, be.
