We hope you are having a positive employment rights week, especially if you have been summoned back to the office.

Last week we introduced you to the Bradford Factor, which is a system used by lots of company HR departments to assess the impact of your sickness absence on the company.

In this week’s episode, we wanted to go through some of the ‘pro’s and cons’ of using the Bradford Factor system, so that if this system is used in your company, you at least have some information that will help you to see whether the system has been used positively or negatively against you.
