The Celiac Disease Program at Boston Children’s Hospital is working on a project to evaluate the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on food insecurity in families with a gluten free child. They're hoping to understand the ability of families to access gluten-free foods prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
