In today's episode, Robin Hoon speaks with Veteran Epi about Willful Misconduct. Epi is a army retiree who spent all of his career as a military paralegal. We are told that if a Veteran joins the military and are active duty they are eligible for disability benefits. When the VA determines a Veterans disability is Willful Misconduct, the Veteran will not receive any money. Willful Misconduct is when a Veteran is intentionally doing something known to be wrong without regard to the consequences.
