Sharol Pausal Noblejas earned her Associate Degree from the University of Florida, her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in Health Information Management and her MBA from Orlando College. Sharol is a Commissioner for the City of Jacksonville Housing and Community Development Commission, Chair of the City of Jacksonville Mayor’s Asian American Advisory Board, President of Night of Asia and President of the Filipino Language and Cultural School, In addition to her volunteer work, Sharol is a Senior IT Program Manager at Florida Blue with vast experience as an IT consultant, an HIM Director, Project Manager and in implementing electronic health records.
