Max and Karl sit down with Sara Hartley, director of an upcoming run of Tommy at the Old Town Playhouse in Traverse City, to talk about the absolute insanity (and subsequent mind-numbing inanity) of the Ann Margret vehicle Tommy (1975). It’s the craziest, most off-the-wall, insane, bonkers, to-eleven flick the boys have ever seen.
It is also, somehow, simultaneously incredibly boring and way too long.
Sara assures us the stage musical is way different, and much better. You can get tickets for the show, which runs April 26th to May 12th at the Old Town Playhouse in Traverse City, HERE.
