Sid Garza-Hillman – writer, nutritionist, podcaster, YouTuber – helps people truly take control of their lives through his unique Small Steps philosophy. His approach is the exact opposite of quick fixes, diets, and exercise DVD’s, focusing rather on long-term, sustainable change, and increased self-esteem and confidence in the process.
Sid holds a BA in Philosophy from UCLA, is a public speaker, host of the What Sid Thinks Podcast, certified nutritionist & running coach, and founder of smallsteppers.com. He is the Stanford Inn & Resort’s Wellness Programs Director and Race Director of the Mendocino Coast 50K trail ultramarathon.
