Tight End
Probably the most unique position on the field, tight ends are asked to do literally everything. They are expected to block, be explosive, and run crisp routes. In order to block, they need to have muscle mass which in turn hinders their explosiveness and speed. When you find a special one, they can be a true game-changer. Look at what Travis Kelce and George Kittle have done for their respective teams. This class has one generational talent, a few other good ones and it falls off of a cliff.
When I scout tight ends, I look at all the traits equally. With move, inline, and blocking tight ends, they all have different attributes in which they are strong. My scale is more favorable to those who are great pass catchers, as I believe they are the biggest difference-makers at the position
