Let’s talk about panic attacks.
Have you ever had a panic attack?
Racing heart. Pain in your chest. Feeling sweaty, shaky, dizzy, faint, and breathless. These are all symptoms of a panic attack. You might not know that you are having a panic attack at the time as it may vary depending on the situation but they usually arise during a very stressful and difficult situation.
Panic attacks are very common, with up to 5 in every 100 Australian’s experiencing a panic attack at some stage in their life.
This is why I wanted to look into ways of fixing panic attacks naturally without any medication or complicated therapies.
