In another installment of Devil's Advocate, where we debate a topic with each fauxlosopher on either side of the issue, we talk about the Federal Communications Commission of the United States, a regulatory commission focused on creating and enforcing policies which govern almost all wireless communications which occur in the electromagnetic spectrum. Primarily, we will discuss the necessity of this institution, and what truths lie in the outcome of our discussion.
