This album is dedicated to: Dr. Earl Cook, founder of the Cook Institute and inventor of the new safe-sex discovery, G.S.R.A., (genetic suppression relief antidotes) or, more commonly called, SEX PACKETS. We feel that sex packets will prove to be a major breakthrough alternative to high-risk sex. In 1987 Dr. Cook joined forces with Gregory E. Jacobs (a member of the Underground Biomedical Sex-Relations Organization) to further develop the concept and to create a more accessible version. By early 1989 they had adapted the ideal packet, which is now being sold on the streets and even offers the consumer a choice of sexual preference. Digital Underground has painted a musical picture, successfully capturing the atmosphere, mode, and culture surrounding sex packets and the people who use them. When listening to the slow-tempo, deeply erotic and almost sleazy sound of this mix, you will actually feel as if you were submerged deep within the dreamy realm . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . of a sex packet.
