Ayurvedic cooking can seem so complicated at times, and if you are someone who doesn't enjoy cooking, you may just throw up your hands and forget the whole thing.
As a mom with a busy family I can relate to those feelings, and it took me awhile to find my flow with Ayurvedic cooking.
In this episode I share tips and ways to make Ayurvedic cooking simple and easy, and it doesn't mean you need to eat Indian food for every meal (although I do love a good curry:).
I also share strategies that have worked with my own kids to help them stay balanced and make good choices when it comes to meal time.
