LEMON DROP MOCKTAIL

1.25 oz lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
2.5 oz club soda, chilled
Sugar
Follow the same process with dipping martini glass in sugar, Shake ice cubes, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker 15 seconds or more. Strain into martini glass, top with club soda and garnish with lemon peel
