#115 Today's Boondoggle with Theo Van Der Loo of the band Ego Kill Talent.
In this episode Bill and Patric get the opportunity to check in with Theo Van Der Loo from the band Ego Kill Talent. We talk about the current situation with the pandemic in South America, and how the lockdowns of 2020 postponed his dream opportunity of touring with one of his musical inspirations, James Hetfield and Metallica, as well as the many festivals they were scheduled to perform on. Theo also talks about his long time friendship with System of a Down, and their influence on the origin of Ego Kill Talent.
We also talk about the meaning and message behind their latest album The Dance Between Extremes, finding balance in life, spirituality, acceptance, and loving ourselves so we can better love other people, and so much more.
So kick back with your headphones and cold one for this latest episode. Enjoy our additional segments featuring music from the Flo White Show and Stories from the VFW Hall.
