SLP 041: The 4 Things You NEED, But Don't Have.
In today’s solo episode, Brian talks about the four things missing from your current plan. Oftentimes we make excuses for ourselves or make weak promises that leave us in a grey area. Brian talks about how we need to have more black and white rules around our promises and figure out what our purpose is. Why are you going to do the thing you say you want to do? What is the reason? He explains that asking yourself why you want to accomplish certain goals will start you on your path to success.
Brian also shares his own four pillars in life: health, wealth, family, and focus. He explains how each of these four pillars are of equal importance, but at different times. Perfect balance between all of the pillars is impossible, and learning to focus on one at a time is the best way to stick with your plan. Success is bound to happen once you become clear on your plan, purpose, and develop your own pillars. Brian then explains the four most common things that are missing from a successful plan; these four things that you need in your plan are: strategy, milestones, audits, and accountability. Brian goes into detail of each of these strategies and shares how these foundations have helped along his journey.
