Sally Bartlett, author of "Dammit...It IS Menopause" Volumes 1 and 2 wrote her books to encourage midlife women to look at what’s happening on the inside, their thoughts about themselves and develop self-love.
Sally is a health/wellness and Pilates coach and holds a Psychology degree from the university of California at Berkeley.
Sally says "Throughout my 20+ years in the fitness and coaching profession, I've just kept seeing the theme of women not loving their bodies. I am ON FIRE to help women love their body! I coach women to build and maintain a healthy body mindset. Meanwhile, when I began peri-menopause about 15 years ago, my feelings were all over the place! I felt very confused, frustrated and alone. I thought my life was over. Menopause just wasn't talked about. I began writing the book right then so that women didn't have to feel so alone the way I had".
