Mindful Revolution’s Mark Joseph Unpacks Mindfulness, Meditation, and Breathwork
Mark Joseph is a mindfulness and meditation teacher. He loves his job because he gets to really make a difference in people’s lives. Having suffered terribly from panic attacks and anxiety as a young man, Mark is eternally grateful for the transformation of his mind and soul due to the daily practice of mindfulness.
He spent three years living in a Buddhist temple, and shortly after began teaching 8 week stress reduction workshops. Schooled in Eastern and Western mindfulness philosophy, Mark is also a part of many yoga studios’ teacher training programs, and is currently a lead facilitator and in full service of Mindful Revolution as their Growth Leader.
He runs weekly sessions for large corporations like ABSA, FNB and RMB.
