Mindfulness myth buster: You need to empty your mind of thoughts
Perhaps one of the commonest misconceptions of mindfulness is that you need to empty your mind or stop your thoughts. This is not the case and is just about impossible! Really, it is about encouraging a friendlier relationship with our thinking minds which can reduce tension in our lives.

practice about using the senses as a place to anchor our attention.
