How to Speak Your Body’s Language to Break the Binge Cycle for Good
It can feel impossible to break the binge cycle when you’re speaking a totally different language than your body. And we’ve discovered that most people who struggle with binge eating don’t even know they’re speaking the wrong language!

Think of it this way: if you’re on the same team as someone, will you accomplish more by communicating effectively and working together? Or by trying to control them?
Strong leaders listen to their team members, rather than trying to control them.
The same is true when it comes to you and your body.
When you try to control your weight with diets, weight loss programs, or food rules, at a certain point, REBELLION happens. You “fall off the wagon,” binge, and the cycle starts again. Just like how if you try to control someone else, they might rebel too.
So instead of trying to control or manipulate your weight, what other option do you have?
Teamwork. Instead of you and your body working against each other, you work together. As a team.
And what do good teams do? They listen! They communicate. To be a good team member to your body, you’ll need to learn to speak it’s language.
