Meet Sacha Haert, a women's business & confidence coach. From Berlin, he now lives here in Bali and works with clients all over the world.

In this chat together I wanted to explore his space, what his work looks like and what he's discovered through working with women from all over the world, helping them overcome their challenges and step up in to the lives they want.

We talk about about the patterns in the challenges that come up for his clients and what can be learned from these. He shares a lot of value, for women listing in and indeed men. He shares a lot for men in understanding women, working with them and relating.

We talk about the key differences between men and women, famine energy and masculine and how we connect and grow better together.

We then talk in to bereavement and the recent passing of his father, how he's navigated through this challenge and the tools he's used to work through this grief.
