Sean speaks to former Team GB coach Tony Davis who takes you through his life story from the early days of being forced into the sport to spending many years in the armed forces serving the country.

In 2017 Tony was the first on the scene during a terror attack on a police offer and was subsequently awarded for his courage and bravery, but the events of that day stick with him forever.

Tony also talks about a move to the Middle East which has seen him help create history and his recent near-death experience with COVID-19
