Episode 56 - Deb Cadman - Senior HR business leader, consultant and now development coach.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Debra has spent over 30 years working in blue-chip organisations with Human Resources. She is commercially focused, and pragmatic having operated at Board level as an HR Director and as a consultant. Debra is an assessor for the CIPD and runs a peer coaching community of practice for HR leaders.
She has worked in a variety of business from large global organisations to SMEs, working with senior executives to consider the needs of their people when they are going through transformation. Her aim is to make work human and Debra works with leaders to leverage the best performance from themselves and their teams to achieve their business goals and make their company somewhere people want to work.
Debra is known for her warm, informal style both as a leader and a coach. She is challenging and does not accept the status quo.
Debra is a practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching and a qualified Time to Think Facilitator, Coach and Teacher. Her aim is to create the space for leaders to think independently and to take control so that they can accomplish what they need. Debra brings valuable insights from her background in both HR and as a senior leader in a large global business. She can translate her knowledge and experience to people at all levels within an organisation.
