“We have choices about how we show up, about the choices we make, and what we do. It’s there that we can start to listen to that deepest, highest part of ourselves. When we do, when we live in this “Full Body YES.” Then we light ourselves up and that light then reflects against everybody else’s light, and we light them up as well.” - Scott Shute
