Igniting your Self Confidence with your morning routine
This week on the podcast I’m telling you all about my journey to crafting a productive and successful morning routine. We all have a morning routine. Some of us have an intentional routine and some of us have an unintentional routine. Meaning we just go with the flow of the morning and don’t really have specific tasks we decide to accomplish in the morning ahead of time. Many of us start the day beating ourselves up as soon as the alarm sounds and the criticism doesn’t stop throughout the day. And that certainly doesn’t breed self confidence, am I right? For lots of the women I work with, this creates evidence for them that they don’t have self confidence! On today's episode I want to offer you a different approach and hopefully show you that following a routine doesn’t have to start with judgement right as the alarm sounds.
