284 - How To Get Offers Accepted In a Hot Sellers Market

It’s not new news that we are still in a seller’s market and very likely will remain like this for a while yet. Some choose to sit on the sidelines, allowing their money to get swallowed up by inflation instead of taking steps to buy property despite market conditions.
