Kyle: "I’ve decided to make it a goal to try to hit 1k across the big 3 lifts. I probably need to add 15-25lbs for all 3. How would you program to get there? (Currently lifting 4 days per week). Also, I currently do 1 hour+ of cardio (Pelaton/running) 4x per week. Should I adjust that? What about nutrition? [Stats: 41 yr old male; 5’10 160ish; 2 kids; pretty professional occupation; 1RMs 285SQ, 230BP, 425DL]"
