• ayoniso manasikara - reason for arising of unarisen sensual desire (kāmacchando) and increase & expansion of arisen sensual desire
• yoniso manasikara - medicine for unarisen sensual desire and arisen sensual desire to be abandoned
• meditation instruction - use our own examples to see both ayoniso manasikara and yoniso manasikara
• reminder to notice how the mind settles towards the right direction (towards the Noble Eightfold Path, leading with Right View) after applying yoniso manasikara
