WRITERS ON THE BEAT: Former Assistant DA and Marine Officer Anderson Harp on Geopolitical Thrillers
Acclaimed bestseller Anderson Harp steps into the Interrogation Room to try getting his story straight. Anderson writes the Will Parker thrillers, the debut novel of which, "Northern Thunder," takes places in North Korea and has been banned by the Chinese government.
Anderson served in the Marines, taught artic survival, mountaineering, and was stationed around the globe. He was the Officer in Charge of the Marine's Crisis Action Team during the invasion of Afghanistan. He created the USO's Operation Thriller and did two USO tours in the Persian Gulf visiting the troops. After the military, he entered law school and was classmates with international bestseller Steve Berry.
