Korean Adoptee Was Thrown in a Trash Can by Her Mother... How She Healed Herself [R.A.W. TALK ep. 009 p.3 : Sasha Frugone]
Sasha Frugone describes how she was able to overcome her tragic story of feeling worthless due to being thrown in a trash can that dictated much of her life by using a powerful tool called: "Reframing," which allowed her to re-narrate her life that served into a more compassionate stance for her birth family and most importantly for herself. Through healing her inner child she wants to help others to do the same and serve as a conspiracy for healing others.
