You didn’t create a business to be “in it” all the time. You didn’t create a business to work 24/7 or to never take a day off.
So why do so many of us fall into the trap of working after the kids go to sleep at night and working weekends?!
Over the course of the last year I’ve figured out a way to work 4 days a week, doing the things that move the needle in my business, while cutting hours.
And I am 100% certain it’s because I have a routine that I go through on Fridays that allow me to be fully present in my rest days, allow me the flexibility to work if I want to, and make it so I don’t have to think about my business until Monday morning.
And for me, that’s freedom!
