019: Discussing the Importance of Total Worker Health with Nihar Trivedi

Join us for a conversation with Nihar Trivedi, assistant project manager, at Swinerton. Nihar believes in the men and women who perform the work in our industry, the tradesmen. He takes time to relate and understand that each person is unique. While still in school, Nihar decided to research and write a paper on Total Worker Health that was published by ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers). With construction being the 2nd highest industry in suicides, this message is of high importance.
