138: I Don't Want To Get Bulky (and other weightlifting myths busted)
There's a lot of myths out there in terms of weightlifting. You've probably known and heard them, you've probably seen them on social media platforms. And now, I feel like we are in a much more well-educated, better position today than maybe we were years ago. But there's still a lot of weightlifting myths out there and especially a lot of weight lifting myths around females lifting weights. And so my intention today is to have a conversation about some of the most common weightlifting myths that I hear and talk through them. Now, let’s bust some of those myths today.
