Are you a glass half full or half-empty kind of person? Well what you might learn from this episode is that what’s in the cup isn’t nearly as important has how we choose to view it. On this week’s episode, Bunny talks to Daphne Miller about the science behind gratitude and how being grateful and mindful can actually rewire our neuro-pathways and create new ways of thinking! It's all about choice v. circumstance and that through these practices, we have the power to change our circumstances. How cool is that?!
