After the death of her nephew, Amber reluctantly went back to Seattle. After finally getting his ankle monitor off, she and Ben enjoyed the summer - going on a trip to Vegas, hosting a birthday party for Sydney, and enjoying their first family trip to Disneyland. Meanwhile, Athena gave birth to her beautiful baby boy and was enjoying the fact that the war between her and Ben had subsided. That is until Amber sent Sydney home with court paperwork...Ben had created a fake parenting plan (forging her signature) and even requested she go to jail for contempt.
