TODAY .. We talk about one of the biggest challenges on the journey to a more centered connected sense of your "self".. Sometimes we are confronted with people or situations that show us the lower vibrational side of our experience... They call out old (or current) insecurities that we have or have held,,, and our old response would have been to lash out and defend or attack!

So when we look to take a deep breath and respond with empathy and love it can feel like a daunting overwhelming task of inner strength. lol.   and it is!   

But.... On the other side of making that choice in your life a few times is pure freedom from the illusion that any of those insecurities or fears were true. You begin to sit more firmly in the center of your space as a consciously aligned spiritually evolved being.
