Local Celebrity Brian Held in your Pocket : December 2015

This was the fake commercial for the imagined product called Local Celebrity Brian Held in your Pocket. When I made this spot, I had Brian read all the lines that you hear in this bit. He had no idea what I was planning to do with the audio. He kept asking me why I wanted him to record those lines. I had to constantly reassure him that I had no nefarious intentions. When we originally played this on the air, Brian was laughing so hard that he was crying and wheezing because he couldn't catch his breath. We actually had to go to a commercial break just so that we could compose ourselves. This bit will forever live in our memories here at The Week in Geek.
