What Does It Mean to Ascend and Other Spiritual Questions with Alyse Bacine

Alyse Bacine has been on a journey of self-discovery ever since she discovered breathwork at the age of 19 while working at a yoga studio. At the time she was struggling with disordered eating, body issues, and anxiety. Now she understands that these were all the result of not understanding her own gifts. Since then she’s discovered several other spiritual healing modalities and has stepped into her own power of guiding others through journeys. 

In this episode, Ashley and Alyse discuss ascension and what it is, the power of breathwork and how it was the catalyst to her healing journey, why children are much more ascended than adults (and why they often say the strangest things), tapping into intuition while also being discerning individuals, akashic records and how Alyse uses them to vet truths, and why self-sovereignty and self-trust is the most important thing.

Alyse’s gift is being able to see and understand how one's ancestral trauma and familial programming create our current glass ceiling. Her mission is to guide others to transmute trauma and break through that glass ceiling rapidly and efficiently, just as she has done with herself. She has over a decade of experience as a mental health professional, with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Certification in Social Emotional Learning so she understands how to recognize and release old programming in a very efficient way.

As a psychic and channel, she is fiercely dedicated to carrying out her mission on this planet, which is to help others heal from the past and raise the vibrational frequency.
